Simon Sutcliffe, M.D., FRCP, FRCP(C), FRCR
Chairman of the Board
A distinguished clinician and scientist, Dr. Simon Sutcliffe joined Premier's board as of June 1, 2014. He is well regarded as a leader in cancer control. A graduate of St. Bartholomew's Hospital, London, England in 1970, Dr. Sutcliffe's training encompassed internal medicine, scientific research, medical and radiation oncology in the UK, South Africa, US and Canada.
Dr. Sutcliffe is past President and CEO of the BC Cancer Agency (2000-2009), and prior to that, he was President and CEO of Ontario Cancer Institute/Princess Margaret Hospital (1994-1996). He chairs the Board of the Institute for Health Systems Transformation and Sustainability; is President of the International Cancer Control Congress Association, the International Network for Cancer Treatment and Research–Canada Branch (Two Worlds Cancer Collaboration); is a Senior Advisor to the Terry Fox Research Institute and is Chief Medical Officer for QuBiologics Inc. and Omnitura Inc. He is a past Chair of the Board of the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer (CPAC, 2009-2012), the Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research (MSFHR, 2006-7) and has served on the Boards of CPAC, MSFHR and Genome BC.
He is an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the University of British Columbia and an Associate Scientist with the Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre at the BC Cancer Agency. Dr. Sutcliffe was awarded the Queen Elizabeth 50th Jubilee Gold Medal in 2003, and the Terry Fox Award of the BC Medical Association in 2009 for his lifetime services to cancer control.

Sanjeev Parsad joined Premier's board on March 31, 2014. He is the founder and president of Corner Market Capital Corporation, a private equity firm that manages a private investment fund in the USA, and he is the founder and owner of "The Corner of Berkshire & Fairfax" investor online forum, with over 3,500 members. He was profiled in a chapter of Andrew Kilpatrick's book "Of Permanent Value," an anthology on Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway, as well as John Mihaljevic's "The Manual of Ideas." Over the years Sanjeev has served and sat on the Board of Directors for many companies and organizations, including raising nearly $300,000 for Crohn's & Colitis Canada through an annual fundraising dinner in Toronto.
Alnesh Mohan MST, CA, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Alnesh is a Chartered Accountant and has almost 20 years of accounting, auditing, and tax experience providing advisory services to a wide array of clients. Acting on behalf of several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, he has considerable experience in financial reporting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He is a founding partner of Quantum Advisory Partners LLP and worked for over a decade with several large public accounting firms. Most recently he spent four years with KPMG LLP in Vancouver as a tax manager providing corporate and personal tax consulting and compliance services to clients both in Canada and the United States.
G. Andrew Cooke CA, CPA
Independent
Andrew is a CA and CPA with a wide experience in business valuation, acquisitions, financing and communicating with stakeholders. Most recently, Andrew spent seven years at Lumbermen Mutual Casualty Company as Treasurer and managed a $2.5 billion investment portfolio in addition to his other duties. Andrew also serves as a Director to Corner Market Capital US Inc., a privately held company that provides investment management services. He received his BA (Honours) in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
Eric Tsung
Vice President of Finance
Eric has many years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and management consulting. He has developed extensive experience in the mining and junior resource sectors, having provided financial reporting support and management consulting to a number of junior resource companies. Eric was controller at a multinational public company based in Burnaby where he was primarily responsible for preparing quarterly financial reports, managing the finance team, and providing support to the CEO and CFO in financing and M&A issues. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
