Sanjeev Parsad
President & Chief Executive Officer
Sanjeev is the President and CEO of Premier Diversified Holdings Inc. He has many years of experience in the industry and has been a private investor for over 18 years. Prior to becoming CEO, he worked as an investment and insurance broker with PFSL Investments Canada. He is the founder and president of Corner Market Capital Corporation, a private equity firm that manages an investment fund in the USA. He also founded the online investor forum, "The Corner of Berkshire & Fairfax" which boasts over 3,500 members. He was profiled in a chapter of Andrew Kilpatrick's book "Of Permanent Value", an anthology on Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway; in John Mihaljevic's "The Manual of Ideas"; and Guy Spiers' "The Education of a Value Investor".
Over the years Sanjeev has served and sat on the Board of Directors for many companies and organizations, including raising nearly $300,000 for Crohn's & Colitis Canada through an annual fundraising dinner in Toronto:

Alnesh Mohan
Chief Financial Officer
Alnesh has over 25 years of accounting, auditing, and tax experience providing advisory services to a wide array of clients. Acting on behalf of several public companies, he acquired considerable experience in financial reporting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He spent over a decade working within the Big 4 public accounting firms. Most recently he spent four years with KPMG LLP in Vancouver as a tax manager providing corporate and personal tax consulting and compliance services to clients both in Canada and the United States. He has also been on assignment in the US and the UK. Alnesh is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).
Maria Nathanail
Corporate Secretary & Legal Counsel
Maria is a corporate lawyer focused on corporate finance, capital markets and securities regulation, and business and corporate commercial law. Maria has acted as corporate secretary and a member of the board of directors of several public and private companies, including start-up companies, and in a variety of sectors and industries, including technology, oil and gas exploration and production and services, land development and construction. Some of her most recent directorships include Silver Mountain Mines Inc. (TSXV - SMM), Carbeeza (TSXV:AUTO), Mikisew Group of Companies, Vantedge O&G Inc., USD Metals Corp. and CellarMaker Imports Ltd.
Eric Tsung
Vice President of Finance
Eric has many years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and management consulting. He has developed extensive experience in the mining and junior resource sectors, having provided financial reporting support and management consulting to a number of junior resource companies. Eric was controller at a multinational public company based in Burnaby where he was primarily responsible for preparing quarterly financial reports, managing the finance team, and providing support to the CEO and CFO in financing and M&A issues. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
Daniel Waters
Controller
Daniel Waters initially came to Premier in 2012 as Investor Relations and Corporate Secretary, before moving into the role of Interim-CFO, and later onto the role of Controller. He is a CFA® Charterholder, and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, with a Finance focus. He is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served as an Infantry Rifleman, and was Honorably Discharged in 2006
